The biological potential of Heterocyclic Compounds has attracted researchers, Oxadiazole and Benzothiazole are such biologically active nucleus possessing a spectrum of biological potential like antimicrobial, antitubercular, antiHIV, anti-inflammatory etc and many effective drugs have been developed which clubbed through these important nucleuses. This work is comprised of review of brief introduction of Oxadiazole and Benzothiazole, method to develop these nucleuses and different Oxadiazole and Benzothiazole linked heterocyclic compounds having biological activeness.
