Beschreibung
The newly synthesized two series namely: (E)-2-benzylidene-N-(2-((5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)thio)acetyl) hydrazinecarboxamide /(E)-2-benzylidene-N-(2-((5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl) thio) ethanethioyl) hydrazine carboxamide (OS1 to OS18) were prepared. These compounds synthesized from 5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol, Thiosemicarbazide (TSC) and Semicarbazide (SC) were vital functionalities containing the wide range of Pharmacological activities and have a wide range of therapeutic properties. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by spectral data and evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities against fungi, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Dr. Vikram Panchal been a faculty in Sal college of Engineering affiliated to Gujarat technical university. He obtained his Ph.D in Organic chemistry in 2018 from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan, Gujarat. He also worked as Scientist A in Gujarat Mineral Research and Development Society(GMRDS), Gandhinagar for 3 years(2012-2015).
