Beschreibung
The book is a work about asthma and related enzyme. The book explain how separation of Lipoxygenase from sera of asthmatic and healthy men and treatment with some drugs. It explain Michaelis-Menten and Lineweaver-Burk equations to determine Km, and Vmax of enzyme. Also it shows the measurement of some variable such as serotonin, histamine, IgE, specific IgE, MDA, GSH, and Catalase. Finally it illustrates the effect of age on this variables.
