Here, where 2-phenylbenzimidazoles are focused on, the anticancer activities against four different cancer lines are proved. Besides, the molecular docking of the most active compounds into the active site of the target receptor is performed. Keep in mind, the world of Benzimidazoles is endless.

Muhammad Khattab is a PhD student at National Research Centre, Egypt. And he joined Queen's University of Belfast. He has authored two peer-reviewed publications and has been part of three projects. His research work during projects and MSc is focused on benzimidazole synthesis and testing against different cancer cell lines and viruses.
