Beschreibung
Isolation of different natural product from natural resources and their purification was important in chemistry. The purity of isolated compounds was determined by using different instrumental and non-instrumental methods. The active pharmaceutical ingredient from different pharmaceutical products was estimated by using simple laboratory methods. The natural macro-molecules such as protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, etc were estimated by simple laboratory methods.
