Beschreibung
Studying of gas chromatographic behaviors of phenolic compounds is submitted as retention times data and chromatograms. This phenolic compounds usually are used as pharmaceuticals preservatives. The determination process of methyl para hydroxy benzoate is included two steps: 1st step is separation by extraction of methyl paraben from insulin preparations and 2nd step is gas chromatographic quantification.
