Prof. V. Sharma is Professor in the Department of Zoology at Dr. H.S. Gour University (formerly University of Sagar), Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India. She obtained the degree of M.Sc (Entomology) in 1984 and stood first in the order of Merit. She did her Ph.D. in 1991. She is a well known Entomologist and has 29 years of teaching experience.
