Beschreibung

To exterminate the complications such as ever-growing bone disruption and inadequate and inappropriate potential remedy, a new eventual nanocomposite are focused in biomedical application. There are different nanocomposite series (metal oxide with biopolymers) are prepared and subjected into biological studies such as bioactivity, anti-microbial activity and bio degradability. In addition, osteoinductive ability of the nanocomposite treated MG-63 cell lines are examined using gene expression analysis and found the suitability of the material with the new bone cell formation and tissue interaction. Moreover, the predicted optimality is confirmed by the preliminary in vivo screening in zebrafish embryos, which is found to be 50 % increasing hatch rate with the nanocomposite treatment and also nil mortality. These studies confirmed the nanocomposite of TiO2 chitosan-chondrotin 4 sulfate possess a synergistic remedy for the prosthesis and orthopaedic applications.
