Prof. Dr. Hussein Azzaz Murad studied continuous cultivation of microorganisms in the Institute of Microbiology, Prague Czechoslovakia before obtaining his Ph.D. in Food Microbiology from Zagazig University, Egypt. He is Professor of Food Microbiology in National Research Center, Egypt.
