This book aimed to produce of fungal cellulase to be involved in animal feeding. A.niger was chosen on the basis of the best mean cellulase activity. The maximum production of cellulase by A.niger was achieved at inoculum ratio of 4%, 48 hr of incubation period, initial pH 6.0, meat extract as a nitrogen sources and wheat straw as a carbon source. Many experiments were carried out to evaluate the effects of cellulases supplementation on in vitro and in vivo nutrients digestibility, milk yield and composition by lactating Zaraibi goats. Cellulases supplementation significantly increased nutrients digestibility, nutritive values, ruminal total volatile fatty acids (TVFA's) and ruminal total nitrogen for treated groups compared with the control group. Milk yield was significantly increased for cellulases treated groups compared with the control group. However milk composition did not significantly change among all groups.
