Beschreibung
Probiotics are claimed to provide health benefits when consumed. This piece of work was design to find out their possibilities to be used as a therapeutic agent. Saccharomyces boulardii and Bacillus clausii were isolated from the commercial probiotic products and their antagonistic potential was assessed against some community acquired pathogens. The outcomes of the study definitely give a useful information about their use as an complementary and alternative medicine in future to come.
