This lab manual and the course textbook should provide sufficient background to enable students enjoy with studying these small organisms.In this book I maintain or improve THREE KEY FEATURES. First, the written text itself has been upgraded in many areas while keeping its clear expository style and its integration with related subjects. All topics have been re-examined in the light of current literature and updated or refined if necessary. the result is a thoroughly modern treatment of medically important bacteria, focused on the need of students in medical collages. Second, the experiment that support each item with well explained procedure and important features of every exercise. Finally, the Report Paper that designed to help students learn to collect and present data in a systematic fashion, the laboratory report concludes each exercise. Students are first asked to write their expected results using information provided in background and their own experience. Tables are provided to record results. The questions in Review Questions are designed to lead the student form a collection of data or observations to a conclusion.
