The work has mainly focused to familiarize the conventional source as a probiotic. The probiotic cultures were isolated and confirmed by 16s rRNA sequencing method. This will help the researchers to get innovative idea to continue their research on probiotics.

He worked as a Senior Research Fellow at IIFPT ,Short Term Scholar at PSU, USA and Lecturer and Head, Dept of Agri. Sci, St. Joseph University,Tanzania.
