Dr. Muzafar Ahmad Rather obtained his Ph.D. in the area of tuberculosis drug discovery from CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM), Srinagar, India in 2018. Dr. Rather has published many papers in several international journals of high repute. Dr Rather has been included in the editorial board of several journals of high standard.
