Cell biology covers all the activities involved in the cell, it xrays its organelles giving information about their functions in the cell. It describe the differenciation of cells, describes transpiration in cells, guttation and translocation. Discusses growth in plants cells and animal cells. Describes respiration, activities in the mitochondria. Describes the DNA, its composition, its activity.

The author is a lecturer of over ten years in the Department of Food Ccience and Technology. She has a Master's degree in Applied Microbiology and Brewing. Her area of expertise is processing, preservation of foods, microbial genomics. She is a trainer, motivational speaker.
