This book describes the in vitro propagation methods of an endangered medicinal plant Feronia limonia through enhanced axillary branching and callus organogenesis pathways. The fidelity of produced micro-clones was checked by several genetic markers like cytological markers, molecular markers and biochemical markers.This book will help the researcher working in the field of plant tissue culture and germplasm conservation.
