Fenugreek presents an in-depth review on the Genus Trigonella and particularly the species foenum-graecum. The chemical constituents of the species of Trigonella and the pharmacological properties of seeds are also discussed. In this piece of work one hundred two (102)diverse genotypes of fenugreek has been discussed under the following heads; Introduction, Review literature, Material & Methods, Result, Discussion and Summary.

Dr. Krishan Pal Singh - Completed B.Sc and M.Sc in (Horticulture) from KNK College of Horticulture, JNKVV Jabalpur. Then after the author completed Ph.D Vegetable Science from Department of Horticulture, JNKVV, Jabalpur,(M.P.). Presently he is Subject Matter Specialist in Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Banasthali University, Tonk (Rajasthan).
