This book embraces about the feeding of cottonseed meal for broilers and it is a dissertation work of Master degree done by the author. The outcome of this book explains about the level of feeding cottonseed meal to broilers and their effect on growth performance and blood metabolites. This work is an attempt to find and evaluate the alternative protein source for broilers in order to minimize the feed cost. This book will be useful for the researchers who are finding a novel feed resource for feeding of poultry.

Dr. Govindasamy Thirumalaisamy, PhD student in Animal Nutrition at ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana and doing research work at National Institute of Animal Nutrition and Physiology, Bengaluru, Karnataka. He completed his Bachelor and Master Degree at Veterinary College and Research Institute, Namakkal (TANUVAS), Tamil Nadu.
