Characterization of silver nanoparticles is important in order to evaluate the functional aspects of the synthesized particles. Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using Zingiber officinale juice by different solvents double distilled water and 70% ethanol under different reaction conditions like temperature and pH. Among these two solvents 70% ethanol shows better results in characterization of EDS, TEM, antimicrobial activity, metal ion potential of silver nanoparticles.
