Genomic instability is one of the most important causes that induce Cancer in human. Many causes are reported to have a role in causation this problem in the genome, starting with chromosomal aberration, gene mutation, defect in DNA repair system particularly Mismatch repair mechanisms and also recombination repair. This book includes many explanation for the reasons of occurence of certain tumors in human such as Breast cancer and Colerectal cancer. Besides, the book have new knowledge on loss of heterozygosity (LOH), Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and Microsatellite mutation.
