Results from screening of mutant lines, yeast complementation experiments, elemental analysis and much more. A surprising participant of plant iron deficiency response, unlike its characterized relative, ShMTP8 in Stylosanthes. Also a striking role for MTP8 for the correct distribution of metals in Arabidopsis seeds, two birds with one stone.
Autorenporträt
Dr. Seçkin Eroglu was born in 1985 in Izmir/Turkey. He finished his BSc in Molecular Biology&Genetics in METU, Ankara and his MSc in Biotechnology in Yeditepe University. He pursued PhD studies in Leibniz Institute in Gatersleben. He returned back to his hometown and work as an assistant Professor in Izmir Ekonomi University at the moment.
