The book entitled, "West Kameng Ericaceae" provides a detailed account of a particular family for a district Flora which is very less in number in the world Flora. It helps to identify Ericaceous taxa more correctly based on its key, description, image, type etc. than a District general Flora. Besides, the book provides first hand ethno-medicinal mostly new information based on 3 ethnic Groups (Akas, Monpas & Nepalese) along with Endemic and Threatened taxa and their conservation approaches. The book also provides recent vegetational pattern based on extensive field survey. The book has 3 Chapters viz. Introduction, Methodology adopted in the present work and Enumeration along with Selected Bibliography.
