Life skills Education (LSE) is a means to an end of many problems that the younger generation faces with the fastest changing world and to deal the challenges of everyday life. WHO pioneered the concept of LSE and it is recognized widely. But this important approach of developing the positive coping abilities and resiliency among the younger generation is yet to be widely practices by the teaching communities at different levels. This book focused on the Trainee teachers perception about the importance of life skills for the development of the children and adolescents. His expertises are psychosocial support, disaster interventions, life skills approach to work with children, youths for resiliency building. He worked internationally for humanitarian needs.
