Beschreibung
Floristic study deals with the study of plants.The angiospermic plants were collected from the various villages and forest area including hills and hillocks of the Modasa taluka,Gujarat,India.The collected plants were brought to the laboratory,identified and classified to their respective species level.Bentham and Hookers system of classification is adopted for the present study.The Scientific names of the plants have been given as per the latest references.Plants were described with brief notes.This book is very important for the research students.

Dr M S Jangid Ph.D,Associate Professor of Botany in Sir P T Science College,Modasa,Gujarat,India ,since 1996.He did his Ph.D. in Ethnobotany from Hem.North Gujarat University Patan,India in 2005.He published more than 25 research papers.He has guided three Ph.D.Students.He has been the Principal Investigator of three MRP funded by UGC Pune.
