Beschreibung
The book focuses on bench marking the skills necessary for effective functioning in the field of information technology and identified by itemizing the descriptors and competencies for the software developers. The ranking of the statements in terms of the most deployed and least deployed is thus derived and the statements correlated to the CEFR, CLB, ACTFL, NOS-UK and NOS of the NSDC-India. It must be possible to evolve a system of training to the newly recruited staff and organize also in service programmes based on the deployed abilities that are identified. By extension, the findings of this research may be applicable to parallel companies and other segments of the information technology industry, what is more significant of the book is that it is believed to evolve a model for studies in fields other than Information Technology.
