Beschreibung
An appropriate application procedure of the Mindmapping techniques proved to be effective for the enhancement of the writing ability of the learners. The learners taught through Mindmaps improved their writings in the areas of cohesion and coherence; content; paragraph structure and length. The results of the present research manifested that the hierarchical structure of the Mindmapping techniques used in the pre-writing process enhanced the Saudi (EFL) Intermediate learners writing ability.

Syeda Saima Ferheen, has an M.Phil. degree in English Linguistics and is currently working in King Abdulaziz University, KSA. She has taught English Literature, Linguistics, IELTS, CPE, and ESOL to ESL and EFL learners. She's highly interested in research based projects. Her ultimate goals are to probe into facts obstructing human learning process.
