Beschreibung
This book is sincerely and truly dedicated to Nigerian Christians. The book discusses the extent of conformity between Nigerian system of tithing in their local churches and the Biblical teachings. Compassionately, if the luxury and extravagant life of the churches leaders in Nigeria which is believed to have been earned through their churches members tithes, the strife of the poor tithe payers in order to fulfill what is believed to be their monthly religious due, the agony and distress of the masses who have been deprived from their legitimate portions out of the mandated and enjoined Biblical charities and free will offers as well, especially in a country like Nigeria which is suffering from the chronic illness of poverty, are considered, an amiable and hearty fellow will be surely embarrassed and perplexed. I hope any Nigerian Christian that reads this book will have another thought regarding his/her perception on the tithe. In order to avoid any kind of uncertainty and ambiguity regarding the Biblical rules revolve around the tithe, its concept is discussed in this book within the paradigm of Abrahamic Religions and Nigerian Christians world views on tithing.
