Research materials can help not only the new generation to develop a better understanding of the popular social-historical experience, but also to identify the European Union communitys historical-psychological context. After the years of one-sided aggressive pragmatism and selfishness, it is our - all peoples life duty to reveal the threshold of the human endurance of sufferings and to include these values without damage and distortion in the context of human culture. In study was involve people of all ages and different ethnical groups, thus activating the cooperation between generations.In the last two parts are given psychological analysis of inter-ethnic relations in Latvia.

Mara Vidnere teaches courses in social psychology, political psychology,stress management,art therapy, ethno-psychology,creativity and innovations.She is the author of more 300 scientific publications, teaching materials for a variety of psychological issues as well as more than 20 scientific books.
