This book intends to offer skills and knowlegde on the effectiveness of school administration in promoting school achievements in national examination. It gives also a detailed account on on how school managers i.e, school principals, stakeholders, teachers and subordinate staff defines their roles in order to improve school standards. The book also explores the lasting solutions to the problems that institutions are facing in achieving required standards of education.

Lisimba Arthur was born in 1968 in Vihiga County, Kenya. Schooled at Chandumba Primary School,Mbale High School and University Of Nairobi where he attained a bachelors Degree in education arts and Masters Degree in comparative education and international studies. Currently he is a PhD student. He is married and father of four children.
