The prime aim of this book is to measure the achievement motivation and attitude towards some aspects of development among tribal residing in North Gujarat region of India. Main Objective of the study was to see the impact of community, sex and area on attitude towards some basic components of human development and also achievement motivation.

Dr.Parikshit Dasharathbhai Barot is an Assistant Professor in department of Psychology at Shri & Smt. P. K. Kotawala Arts College - Patan. He is Gold Medalist in his Master of Arts and First Ranker also. He was qualified in G-SET exam for lectureship in 2013 and he has complete his Ph.D. research work from Hem. North Gujarat Uni. Patan.
