The foundations of quality education are set by dedicated leaders, who must not only be knowledgeable, but also seek the assistance of other knowledgeable persons above and below them in rank. A person is normally responsible for the success or failure of a generation, through commitment or non commitment. By wisdom, a nation thrives, in ignorance, a nation perishes. When people work together, shared victory is realized, whereas the only known house with only only one pillar is 'the mushroom'!

Peter Muasya is an experienced educationist who has taught secondary school syllabus in Kenya for 25 years, eight of which have been in administrative posts. He holds a bachelors degree in education (science) from Kenyatta university (Kenya) and a masters degree (education) from the same university. He is currently pursuing his Phd in education.
