It informs you about issues related to historical perspectives of reflection, levels of reflection, reflection direction, and reasons for reflective practice, reflective practice as experiential learning, and why teachers need to be reflective practitioner. Besides, the book informs you ideas connected with reflective teachers Vs non-reflective teachers, essential attitudes of reflective practitioner, essential practices of becoming a reflective practitioner, and steps to becoming a reflective teacher. Finally, it tried to state concepts such as ways of facilitating reflective teaching, models of reflective teaching, and reflective lenses.

Since joining Woldia University, Mollaw has been involved in teaching in relation to Curriculum, Multicultural education, Methods of teaching etc. Before joining the University, Mollaw worked at elementary and secondary schools of Ethiopia. Mollaw has been studying for a PhD degree in curriculum and instruction at Bahir Dar University since 2016.
