Through studying this book teachers can obtain a real perspective about how to reflect on their teaching.They can develop a great level of self awareness about the nature and impact of their teaching and make it more meaningful and flexible.The purpose of this book is to determine in-service EFL teachers attitudes towards implementing reflective teaching strategies in their teaching.It also tries to introduce some strategies for reflecting on their practice. Although it may be difficult for teachers to reflect on their teaching, it pays especial attention for the obstacles as well.

Morteza Alizad is an English teacher in TESOL from Urmia. He has been teaching English in Ministry of Education as well as IELTS and TOFEL preparation courses in Iran for 24 years.He has also been a head of English department in Urmia-West Azarbayjan for 7 years.
