The book is devoted to highlight speaking anxiety as a problem for English foreign language learners, specifically young children and it also provides some strategies on how to notice a speaking anxiety problem in a child performance while learning to speak in English. Actually, the content of the book was first prepared as a final research project in SLA (Second Language Acquisition) course while the authors were attending the course as an MA students. in the conclusion section the book highlights the importance of speaking anxiety as a problem for English foreign learners as it can lead to poor performance in English speaking.
Autorenporträt
Sara Suh graduated from Hunter College in NYC with BA in Childhood Education. Since 2016, she taught various grade level of scholars who were mostly learning English or Korean as their second language. Sara consistently studied students who indicated speaking anxiety while learning second language.
