Beschreibung
How can company-internal training practise be better integrated in the didactics for teacher training? The dissertation introduces a higher education didactical and empirically tested concept for teacher training in the subjects Chemistry and Physics, in which company-internal practical work experience is successfully established as a basic element for a competence-oriented training. Teachers in training with little or no practical experience can better understand the professional profiles and business processes by way of a didactic work analysis as part of company-internal training. They will recognise and utilise education potential for the creation and modelling of teaching and learning processes in four work and thought steps, which reference experiences in reality directly. The third level education didactic concepts and their results offer an important contribution to the modelling of competence-oriented teacher training.
