In the modern approach of teaching, active learning method has paramount importance to promote student-centered learning. Learners do actively participate and learning by doing principle is practiced. The responsibility of a classroom teacher is to facilitate the teaching learning process. Effective communication is conducted to get feedback. Communicative English course is delivered as a common course in the university in all departments.

Now, he is an Associate Professor of Education at Bahir Dar University. He has published 12 articles.
