This is the first book that combines worth-while investigation on the history of education of Azerbaijan with the official documents issued over the past 20 years due to the development of national education. Autorenporträt
Ahmadov Humeyir Hussein works as the Head of the Department at the Institute of Educational Problems of Azerbaijan Republic. He got Ph.D degree in the field of Theory and History of Pedagogic, and is the doctor of sciences, professor. He is a member of the Russian State Academy of Legal Sciences. He is the author of more than 220 scientific works.
