Dr. K. Kamatchi obtained his Ph.D degree from GRI, Gandhigram. He is currently serving as Manager-Design, Monitoring and Evaluation in World Vision India. Dr.L.Raja, is currently working as Professor and Head, Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension, Gandhigram Rural Institute-Deemed University (GRI), Gandhigram-624302 Tamilnadu, India.
