I believe that another Mexico is possible, consequently another public school as well, but when I listen to The New Mexican School, all the previous attempts to give a direction to education in our country come to my memory, then I analyze the word NEW, and I find some synonyms for the Adjective New(a): new, recent, unpublished, current, modern, original, innovative. Question, when authorities say New, is it because they refer to an educational model or an educational reform focused on people and what is also novel, recent, current, modern, original, innovative, contextualized, according to the XXI century and what responds to the interests and needs of students; in other words, an educational model designed for Mexican children?
