New inventions and innovations bring changes fastly which leads to obsolesance of prevailing working methods. Thus, a sharp need of training and development programmes arise time to time to make changes easily adoptive. Though, training and development programme are not only required to facilitate changes smoothly in any institution or organisation but also to serve various other purposes such as providing required knowledge and skills to a new employee to perform his current job.
