Pediatric endodontics deals with the management of pulpally involved teeth in children. Treatment of pulpally inflamed primary and permanent teeth in children presents a unique challenge to the dental clinician. With the development of new advances and materials, Pediatric endodontics is now at the point of even greater and more spectacular advances that assists dentist in providing patients with more predictable and reliable endodontic treatment. Hence clinical approach in management of pulpally involved teeth involves a shift in the traditional paradigm that are taking Pediatric Dentistry to another level.
