The purpose of Tony Bush was to analyze diversity of leadership process and development. Because, he believed that the major strength of any nation is the people, and for the development of effective citizens after schools. For this, effective teachers are highly required, and for this we direly need effective leaders. The element of effective leadership has direct effect on school and people as well. For ensuring effectiveness of leadership, we must have to prepare and develop leadership and management in education.
