Especially small and medium sized enterprises (SME) tried to benefit as one of the first movers of their branch with entering this market.Investing in Morocco seems to be an idea to be well considered. Any internationalization decision is influenced by different factors. But successful business creation highly depends on meticulous research and planning. The business creation environment and intercultural issues have to be included into the strategic planning. This thesis anylizes the moroccan business environment for German based startups and investors.
