This book is mainly concerned with the workplace bullying faced by the teaching sector and its impact on their commitment. But it has generalization as bullying is not only limited in one sector but in other fields as well. As in any sector if an employee feels himself/herself belittle then he/she will not be committed with the organization. So, this book really helps all those sectors in which this sort of behaviors exist and will guide the employees how to minimize it.

Qurat ul ain who is working as a lecturer in a college in Pakistan has completed her M.com (Hons.) from Punjab University and research work as well. During her academic period she remained a remarkable student and got first position in her University.
