Dr. Khasro Miah is a Professor of Human Resource Management, teaching at the School of Business and Economics, North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The numerous research publications of Dr. Khasro have appeared in many international journals. He has worked as an active in research projects of several industries in Japan, US, and Bangladesh.
