The research or the study was carried on non-governmental organization BHUMI (Chennai) over the period of about four months from January through April, 2017. Bhumi is one of the largest youth volunteer organisations in India. The report covers all the findings from the research.The research data shows that the employees, interns and volunteers of Bhumi are happy. In specific terms, there is strong indication that volunteer administration and management is efficient, with majority pointing either agree or strongly agree to the statement happy with the organizations system of volunteer administration and management. This perception does not differ based on the status of volunteer or employees in the organisation. One needs to read the whole report to understand more.

Mr. Karma Yezer works as a Lecturer in Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan (RUB). He joined the organisation as a full-time employee in 2010. His academic interest includes teaching and assessing students, and researching on topics related to Organisational Behaviour and HR Management.
