This book offers the field insight into the relationship between pay satisfaction, mentoring, perceived level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment among academic staff in Osun State owned tertiary institutions. The book also shed more light on the importance of mentoring in enhancing the capacities of academic staff to learn within the contexts of teaching, research and community service which will lead to career development, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Dr. Sajuyigbe is currently a facilitator at National Open University, Nigeria. He has won many awards/grants in Nigeria and abroad, and has about thirty journal articles to his credit in the field of management.Dr. Sajuyigbe is a member of editorial board of many international journals in Europe, Asian and Africa.
