Job embeddedness is a new concept for how well a person was socially enmeshed within their organization. Therefore, the current book is structured as follows: Section one examines the effects of job embeddedness on organizational cynicism and employee performance at Sadat City University. Section two investigates the effect of job embeddedness on quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior at Menoufia University Hospitals.
