Technological learning is the heart of developing country's industrial development and catch-up. There is a wide literature on the importance of technological learning, many researchers consider this concept as the basis for innovation and the basis for enhancing technological capability in latecomers. This book tries to provide short introduction to this area by explaining this concept at three levels of firm, sector and national.

Mohammad was born in 1984 and got his master degree in Industrial management. After that he went to Allameh Tabatabaei University which is the biggest university in the field of Social and Humanities Sciences in Iran and studied PhD course in the field of technology and innovation management. He is working on the concept of Technological learning.
