The world is no longer a place for only individual cultures and beliefs - it has grown into one big community, facing the fact that tolerance and cultural aspects cannot be overlooked. Numerous examples can be found where well planned process management and knowledge management tools and processes failed because people believed they were already sharing well enough. Why is that? Because, no matter how strong the commitment and the approach to certain processes are, culture is stronger.
